Steinbeck & Shaw, Brighton are our ‘Business of the Month’ and have organised some amazing activities in order to help us raise funds during the pandemic;
Jon Saunders, DM of Steinbeck & Shaw Venue (Pryzm, Brighton) came up with the idea to set a fitness based lockdown challenge which was accessible to all. Overall we raised over £23,000 with money still being raised through ongoing challenges.
Jon Saunders took part in this local cycling challenge put on in place of this year’s cancelled Nice to Nimes cycle ride.
Steinbeck & Shaw organised this event to raise funds for us and will be putting on another in April 2021.
Other upcoming events planned in Prysm Brighton (when possible) are; Rugby Night, Drag Night and Quiz Night.
Ongoing fundraising continues and we are so grateful to have this continued support. Here’s why Jon Saunders - GM of Steinbeck & Shaw Club, Pryzm in Brighton – chooses to support us;
"I was introduced to the charity by Sascha Koehler, General Manager of Hilton Metropole Brighton, just over 15 months ago. Since then the relationship has grown and prospered. As a company and on a personal basis, we have taken part in and organised a number of activities for the charity. We have now chosen Starr Trust as our nominated charity for Deltic Group, because the invaluable support they give children and families in the community is a real life line. I have seen first hand the impact they make and we look forward to an ongoing relationship with The Starr Trust so we can continue to support their amazing work with young people."
