The Implant Centre is Our Business of the Month

This week, we visited the incredible team at the Implant Centre in Hove to say a huge thank you not just for their financial support but to thank the team members including co-founder Guy Barwell who joined the Bristol to Brighton Bike Ride this year.

The Implant Centre has supported the Starr Trust since 2014. They have sponsored many different events including a Jazz Lunch at Stanmer House. However, for the last few years, they have been the headline sponsor for our annual Bike Ride which is one of our largest fundraisers of the year. Over the years, the Implant Centre have generously given the Trust over £38,000 which has allowed us to put on many different events and helped us to raise £163,400 through these events. Their support isn’t just financial. They always come along to fundraising events that we have organised and encourage their customers to support us too. During the Christmas period of 2020 they donated hampers of goodies to the families that we support along with a donation from the sale of face masks.

Starr Trust Fundraising Manager, Tracey Starr said:  “We rely on the support of the businesses in our community to help young people in our area. We are, therefore, extremely grateful for the relationship that we have with the Implant Centre and we look forward to their continued support in the future. They are a truly special group of people.”

Guy Barwell, Co-Founder of the Implant Centre said: “The Implant Centre Team had a fantastic time on the recent Starr Trust bike ride from Bristol to Brighton. The weather was great and there was a fabulous team vibe amongst the cyclists. It was such a well organised trip and we look forward to participating in next year’s ride! 

We have a great commitment in supporting the Starr Trust as we can see the amazing work they do with the local community and championing kids to achieve their dreams. It is charitable events like this that show how committed they are to getting as much money as possible to help.”
