The Whitehawk Y.E.S dancers just took part in their first performance at the Take Part festival.  

They were asked how they found the performance and the YES Project:  

“I like the Y.E.S Project because you can be yourself and have fun and dance too”  

“It’s fun because we learn new things and I’ve made new friends”  

“I like the performance because it is an opportunity to get on stage and some of my school teachers and classmates were there and got to watch me dance.”  

“It was really fun. At first it was scary but after I loved it and want to do it again!”
