In 2012 local business BrightonandHoveJobs.com launched a charity initiative to support 4 charities as part of their commitment to the community. The initiative worked so well that last October the team launched their 2013 initiative and were once again inundated with applications from charities large and small from across the city.Today they are delighted to announce the four new charities receiving support from BrightonandHoveJobs.com in 2013 and they are as follows:
Gary Peters, Founder of BrightonandHoveJobs.com, said “We are delighted to be in a position to help support local charities again this year and I look forward to creating new opportunities for them. The third sector is a huge contributor to our local economy and is also major route-way into employment. Businesses of all sizes are doing a lot more to support the sector and I am delighted this initiative is now in its second year. We have also developed the initiative to our sister site GatwickDiamondJobs.com and will be supporting Canine Partners, Crawley Open House, St Catherine’s Hospice and the Sussex voluntary group who raise funds for Teenage Cancer Trust”The support is in line with the Jobs board business aims and helped to promote each organisation with their event advertising, staff and volunteer recruitment and to raise the charity brands within the business community. For more information please visit www.brightonandhovejobs.com/in-the-community/
