Explore the sensational aromas and taste experiences from India with a brand new venture – The Kari Club – a monthly Indian Cookery Club.The concept shop on Ditchling Road is the brainchild of Minesh Agnihotri, former owner of the popular Brighton restaurant Indian Summer.The Kari Club sources, prepares and delivers beautiful recipe boxes full of authentic, fresh ingredients alongside easy to follow recipe cards so that customers can create a delicious meal in the comfort of their own kitchen.Minesh has reached out to us at the Starr Trust and has kindly offered us a 50% donation from the cost of the first box for any new customers who sign up to a monthly membership. So for example a £25 recipe box meal for 2, would lead to a donation to us of £12.50! Customers would essentially still pay the full price but would know that 50% will go to support the young people of Sussex. Of note is that the monthly membership can be cancelled at any time.
