29th February 2016The Starr Trust’s fundraising dinner at Brighton’s China Garden restaurant with live Rat Pack entertainers Joe Dellow and Dave Williams, was a runaway success. The event was sold out weeks before taking place on February 25th, with a full house of guests enjoying fabulous food and fantastic live entertainment by the two crooners.With the help of local businesses that donated fantastic auction and raffle prizes, almost £3.5K was raised to help young people in Sussex and guests took home some fantastic prizes.Fundraising Manager Tracey Narvaez said about the event, “We are so grateful to the performers who gave their time and talent to us, and to Amy and her team at the ever popular China Garden for making the evening such a huge success.”Streamline Taxis, who have served Brighton and Hove since 1936, were the generous sponsors of the event.The Starr Trust is grateful for the generosity of the businesses listed below, that kindly donated prizes for our auction and raffle.
