Our Bike Ride inspires Westmeston Warriors to Cycle from San Fran to LA!

Update October 29thThe fabulous 4 Westmeston Warriors have now covered an epic 506 miles and arrived safe and sound in Santa Monica on Saturday. They managed to raise an amazing amount of £2560 for us!A truly incredible achievement and we are so grateful to Lynn Wardill and her team! We wish them all a safe trip back home to Blighty and look forward to seeing them soon. A big round of applause please!

Update October 24th – en route from San Fran to LAThe amazing Westmeston Warriors have now raised an incredible £2503!Mike messaged us and said “going well, 95 miles yesterday. 3 big climbs to 8000 feet today and 104 miles… Awesome scenery!”Check out the stunning images below. Sunday 21st October - They’re on their Way from San Fran to LA!Our fantastic supporters the Westmeston Warriors are now on their way from San Fran to LA in an epic bike ride USA style which is raising money for us!We send them all our very best wishes for a safe and successful bike ride. Thank you!Unable to join our Bike Ride earlier this year – our lovely supporter Lynn Wardill, who has cycled with us previously, decided to take on a different challenge instead. She has formed her own team with husband Mike and two friends Ali and Neil, and these fantastic four, named the ‘Westmeston Warriors’ are cycling to raise money for us in America! They will be wearing our Starr Trust cycle jackets and cycling between San Francisco and LA!This gang of four are keen cyclists and fitness fanatics who love a challenge and are really looking forward to cycling 450 miles through beautiful scenery on the West Coast of the USA.
