Insanity – try the new fitness craze everyone’s talking about

If like many you are looking for a new way to keep fit, then the Starr Trust have an event for you!On the 26th July, at Freedom Leisure in Moulsecoomb, Insanity fitness instructors Fran and Tora will be putting the class through its paces in what’s known as the world’s toughest workout.Rosie from the Starr Trust said “This exercise is not for the faint hearted – but as it’s only an hour it will appeal to people of all fitness levels, aged 16 and over.
