“Be a Social Entrepreneur” will take place between 4.45pm - 7pm on Thursday 13 March at the Brighton and Hove Social Enterprise Centre in central Brighton.Our speakers will be:Tom Druitt, founder of the Big Lemon bus company and winner of Social Entrepreneur of the Year 2014Ruth and Amy Anslow, founders of hiSbe, Brighton’s new socially conscious supermarket, and architects of one of the most successful BuzzBank Campaigns everMatt Turner, founder of Young Start-Up Talent, Gatwick Diamond Young Entrepreneur of the YearThe team from Varndean CHOCS 2013, students from Varndean School taking part in the Starr Trust’s own social entrepreneurship education programmeThere will be plenty of time to mix and mingle, with food provided by Care Co-ops, and lots of opportunities to ask questions and meet the speakers.We are also proud to announce a new partnership with local digital specialists SeeThat Media.
