Are You or Someone you Know Eligible for an Edward Starr Award? Get Your Application in by Nov 1st

If you or someone you know is aged 10 - 18 years old and could do with a helping hand in the areas of Art, Sport or Education, you could apply for up to £5000 and receive an Edward Starr Award. For older young people up to the age of 25, you could be eligible for an Enterprise Award.At the Starr Trust we support young people to achieve more in their lives through their potential in Art, Sport and Education and where possible, offer opportunities for connections and mentoring through our wider network of local experts.The young person must live within the BN postcode area, come from a low income background, and fit one or more of the following criteria:1. Don’t have family support2. Are experiencing difficulties in their lives3. Have emotional, physical or learning challengesRegardless of talent we at the Starr Trust team are looking for applicants who need support to help them grow as people, who see an opportunity for personal development but would be unable to move forward without our help.
