Are you 16 - 25 years old and passionate about writing?

This course of 13 workshops gives you the time and space to reflect on why you write, what you want to say, who you want to say it to, how you’re going to say it… and get on and do it.Past young writers said:“An incredibly valuable and worthwhile experience - I have thoroughly enjoyed every session”“These workshops have given me opportunities to learn about theatre which I would not have been able to do on my own”“It has given me the opportunity to write in the most beautiful of locations which has been an inspiration”“A safe space to simply be a writer, and just write”Led by professional writer Dinos Aristidou, the course will give 20 young writers the opportunity to develop their writing, and experience what it is to write for, in and about theatre. Sessions are 10am – 12.30pm on alternate Saturdays from September 2015 – May 2016 and will finish with a ‘showing’ of work during Brighton Fringe Festival. To apply submit a maximum of two A4 sides of creative writing on a subject of your choice.
