Accordance VAT is Business of the Month

Our Business of the Month for June is Accordance VAT.Accordance MD Lucy Franklin says “The Starr Trust is a wonderful charity and one that Accordance was keen to sponsor - I have always admired the vital role they play helping young people to reach their full potential. I am also so proud of how willing and positive the Accordance team have been in supporting and participating in the bike ride. Not only do we get to support a fantastic charity, celebrate Accordance’s new links with our ‘second city’ Amsterdam, but we also fulfil our commitment to ensure that people really are at the ‘heart of this business’ by offering them a way to strike a healthy balance between work and leisure”.Our Fundraising Manager Rosie says “We are thrilled to be working with Accordance VAT this year. Every year we plan our bike ride in the UK, but when we found out that some of the Accordance VAT team were planning to cycle to their new office in Amsterdam, we thought this was a fantastic opportunity to join them. We now have nearly 50 cyclists taking part in this ride who will raise a lot of money to support young people in the BN Postcode. The cyclists from Accordance have been out training regularly and fundraising from their friends and supportive businesses.They have previously taken part in our other events such as Starr Water Wars and their staff raised money for us in-house with the encouragement of the senior management team.We look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.”
